Partners & collaboratorsHow can my recruitment agency work with HR Power Serbia?
Submit a partnership enquiry with your agency’s legal name, country, contact details and recruitment focus. Commercial terms and responsibilities are agreed in writing before candidate processing begins.
Partners & collaboratorsCan I review the cooperation agreement first?
Ask for the proposed agreement before making a commitment. It should cover responsibilities, service scope, fees, candidate consent, cancellations and dispute handling.
Partners & collaboratorsWhat is the difference between a partner and a collaborator?
The appropriate arrangement depends on whether you act as a recruitment business, referral contact or another service provider. Your agreement must define your role and authority.
Partners & collaboratorsIs registration permanent or renewable?
The €990 partner registration is a one-time payment with no routine renewal fee. Unlimited candidate submissions are available while the cooperation agreement remains active and its terms are followed.
Partners & collaboratorsWhat are the partner fees?
Partner registration is €990 once. Visa D preparation and support is €400 per candidate, and temporary residence card application support is €480 per candidate. Excluded official and third-party costs are identified in the written agreement.
Partners & collaboratorsWhen is partner support available?
Partner support is available on working days from 08:00 to 17:00 through the confirmed email or WhatsApp contact channel.
Partners & collaboratorsCan we submit candidates in groups?
Mention the number of candidates and role categories in your enquiry. Each candidate still needs an individual, accurate file and consent for any personal information shared.
Partners & collaboratorsWhich candidate information is needed first?
Start with aggregate role categories, availability and experience. Avoid sending passports or sensitive documents through the initial enquiry. A suitable channel and consent process must be agreed first.
Partners & collaboratorsDo candidates need interview or skills videos?
Only where a relevant employer reasonably requests them. Explain the purpose and who will view the recording, and obtain the candidate’s permission before sharing it.
Partners & collaboratorsCan you provide a demand letter?
Any demand letter must reflect a genuine, current employer requirement. Ask whether one is available for the proposed recruitment project; do not assume a generic letter represents a live offer.
Partners & collaboratorsWhich countries can partners operate from?
Our primary recruitment markets are India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Egypt. Other proposals can be discussed individually, including any local licensing requirements.
Partners & collaboratorsWhat happens after a partnership enquiry?
The proposed cooperation can be reviewed, relevant business details clarified, and the scope discussed. Submitting a form does not itself create an approved partnership.
Partners & collaboratorsWho is responsible when candidates arrive?
The agreement should allocate responsibility for travel, reception, accommodation, employment onboarding and ongoing contact. Confirm named contacts before departure.
Partners & collaboratorsAre replacement candidates included?
Replacement arrangements, deadlines and additional charges must be expressly agreed. There is no automatic replacement entitlement from submitting an enquiry.
Partners & collaboratorsCan we use HR Power Serbia’s name in advertising?
Get written permission for any use of the brand or marketing materials. Do not advertise guaranteed visas, unconfirmed jobs or unapproved prices on our behalf.
Partners & collaboratorsCan you share candidate information with employers?
Personal information should be shared only for a defined recruitment purpose, through suitable channels and with the required permissions. Employers must not receive unrestricted public access to personal documents.
