01 — Initial information
Provide your passport copy, proposed company name, planned activity and contact information.
02 — Start registration
Review the written scope and pay the €50 starting instalment. Formation documents are prepared for the agreed structure.
03 — Complete registration
After the company is registered in your name, the €350 registration-stage instalment becomes due.
04 — Visa D stage
The agreed Visa D file is prepared and submitted. The final €600 instalment becomes due after submission. Approval and authority timing remain outside the consultant’s control.
